All shipping fees payable by the buyer. TERMS AND CONDITIONS If we are unable to sell your item(s) within 60 days we will return the item or discuss with you other options. We reserve the right not to accept item(s) that we believe are not acceptable to eBay auctions. That said, we will be glad to sell in almost any of eBay categories. All transactions will require a signed contract. Buyers on eBay really need to know all the specifics of any item you are selling. The more detail you can give us about your item the more successful we'll be selling. Please be sure to tell us about any damage or aspects of your item that would make it less appealing to buyers. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Client Responsibilities: 1) Agree to all terms of this contract and sign below to acknowledge acceptance. 2) Register as a client with Tigress Enterprises either by phone, fax, snail mail or email. 3) Provide the physical item to Tigress Enterprises, entrusting it to their care for the selling period. This is so that we can quickly answer any questions about the item. 4) Provide an honest and detailed description of the item that you wish to sell. Please identify any and all flaws in the item. Honesty goes a long way on eBay. 5) If your item remains unsold after 60 days, we will notify you. If your item is not picked up or other arrangements made with us the item will be donated to charity 15 days after notification. If the item is not sold the client is still responsible for the eBay listing fees incurred in the 60 day selling period. Tigress Enterprises Responsibilities: 1) Our experienced staff will review your item and determine if it is suitable for auction. 2) We will provide you with a client ID number that MUST be provided on communications. 3) We will provide pick-up service at a mutually convenient time as pre-arranged over the phone or via email. We also accept items by mail or by drop-off at pre-arranged times. 4) Once we receive your item, we will begin the eBay process and send you an email once the item is listed on eBay: Ø Make an attractive auction presentation with photographs and detailed information. Ø List your item for a full 7 day auction Ø Answer all customer service questions related to your item from potential buyers Ø Securely process payment from the winning bidder Ø Carefully package your item and promptly ship it to the buyer Ø Take all the necessary steps to make a successful eBay experience! Ø Send you a check within 7 days after the buyer receives the item! (Generally about 7 – 14 days after payment received).
